If you are looking for old-fashioned customer service and a can do attitude Brandt's is the company for you. We are so happy with our new unit. We have an old farmhouse that never had HVAC before. We have done a lot of work to the house and the other contractors we have talked to, not necessarily even HVAC, tell us to bulldoze it and start over. We never heard any remarks like that from Brandts, instead we heard solutions. It was so refreshing. When they hit a wrinkle there were no complaints or excuses because it is an old house. Drew and Jacob said, oh this is just a new install. That was so wonderful to hear. Like I said, a can do attitude. They explained what they were going to do and it turned out fabulous. I will pit my install in my root celler against any new house. I don't care what anybody says. Jacob and Drew did our install and I cannot say enough to express how hard they worked, how professional they were and how ethical. We have inside fur babies and outside Barn cats. We also have cats that people drop on us just because we have a barn. Some of the outside cats had kittens and a few of them were about a month old and were curious as to what Jacob and Drew were doing. They were so careful with them. I was so impressed. If you have fur babies and that is a concern Jacob and Drew are the only two for you. They were so kind about explaining everything and going the extra mile to make sure we were happy I cannot thank them enough. Even when Darren came out to do the quote he was so nice and we didn't get one quote we got six! It was so neat to have choices. He was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of ideas. In addition, during this time of corporate greed I always like to ask the staff of companies that do work for us what they think of the company. It was really refreshing to know that Brands truly treats their Employees like family. Both Jacob and Drew expressed sincere loyalty and were very happy to explain how well they are treated. This just added to my thoughts that we made a good decision. Lastly, my house is nice and cool and my new unit run so quiet I have to go and check and make sure it still working. it is just wonderful.

A/C was leaking. Called Brandt and I’m glad I did. My calls were promptly answered and addressed Drew was timely, professional, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained what he was doing and I was convinced he was being honest. Very reasonable. I really appreciate it when I’m made to feel like like a repair company/person is trustworthy. Thanks Drew.

Very professional. Fixed the on going issues we had at my properties. We loved having them.

We have used Brandt Heating and Cooling for a number of years for our residential H/C equipment and service and have found them to be excellent. Our heat pump efficiently cools our home on even the hottest of Missouri days, and keeps us warm in the winter, even with a 100 year old house. The service is 5 star; we know that we can always count on them to meet our needs in a timely fashion. We are so pleased with the equipment and service after the sale that we are going to go to them for a new fireplace insert before this next winter. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the MidMO area for service and sales.
